Wild Flower

I see the way you look at her when she is so fresh

Freshly groomed, glistening in the steam

The aroma of her apricot, pomegranate and lilac soap fills the air

Aren’t I my most beautiful when I step out renewed

The cleanness of skin, the way it feels to be loving again

Water is God, I shall baptize in the way your eyes call to me

I drop this fabric and let you take me all in, a woman in her rawness

Vulnerable in the essence of what it means to be natural

Let me take this in, close me eyes and savor this moment

With you I need no clothes

After all I’m just your wild flower

Didn’t you say so?
